Good day! We present to you the report on the comprehensive use of materials "Bronya" at the facility, which is part of the object of cultural heritage of regional significance Historical center of the city of Kamyshin "XIX - XX centuries," Ensemble of the primary city school (main house, outbuilding)" at the address: Volgograd region, Kamyshinsky district, Kamyshin, st. Sovetskaya, d.92. The work was carried out under the author's control and guidance of the architect-restorer, construction expert and head of the design organization that develops projects for the preservation of cultural heritage objects, Mikhail Yuryevich Oleinikov, he gave a detailed interview on one of the YouTube channels, where he spoke about the facility and about the details and technologies of restoration work at cultural heritage objects. When performing works on the preservation of the cultural heritage site, a comprehensive solution for insulating the facade of the late extension and eliminating the cause of condensate formation inside the attic a study was conducted in the beginning of the design. As a result the following was revealed: the metal roof was almost all covered with rust, separately from the inside there was a complete destruction of the metal with delamination. Judging by the nature of the formation of such destruction, they arose because of the formation of condensate with strong heating of the roof in summer and with a temperature difference in spring and autumn. During further dismantling, the roof sheets were literally broken in places of greatest corrosion damage. Insulation of the attic floor was carried out more than 40 years ago and was performed as follows. Clay 30-40 cm thick was laid on the sheet boards. The attic was cold and not operating. To solve the problem of condensate formation and prevent freezing, it was decided to dismantle the clay insulation system and instead apply a layer of Bronya Light NF on the newly laid OSB sheets. Apply Bronya Antirust and the finish layer of Bronya Light to the new roof sheets from the outside. The facade of the late extension was insulated by Bronya Facade of 1.5 mm. After clearing the old paint, the basement of the building was domesticated by restoration compositions and treated with Bronya Hydrophobizator. Materials of Bronya have already confidently proven themselves as a highly effective and indispensable solution for use at cultural heritage sites, or objects with special architectural solutions. We are glad that our materials can help preserve the uniqueness and beauty of such facilities.
